Espresso coffee and sea salt make an unlikely pair, but when combined they actually become a fantastic rub for steaks, roasts and fish. Great for baking with chocolate too!

I have a famous, homemade fudgy brownie recipe that I usually top with crushed sea salt flakes. However, I put this salt on top last time I made them and they were DELICIOUS! The espresso salt cut back on the sweetness a bit and brought out a new depth of flavor. Incredibly yummy!
It is also great on steaks, fish, and other baked goods.
I bought the small packet and keep it at work to use on my packed lunches. It’s so good on salads and meats. I’ll definitely buy the bigger bottle when the packet is gone.
