RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of online orders. 

Refunds, returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

  • Sea Salt, if not tampered with or used.
  • Teas, if not tampered with or used.
  • Candles, if not used.
  • Swedish Dishcloths, if not used.
  • Merino Wool Felt Accessories

Returns

To return item(s), please follow the instructions below:

  • Email us at hello@bespokesalt.com for a Return Authorization Number
  • Send back your item(s) to Bespoke Provisions along with the invoice that accompanied your order. Please note Bespoke Provisions does not pay for return shipping.
  • Note the Return Authorization Number and reason for the return on the packing slip.
  • Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of return package and ship the box to the following address:

Once your return is received, the item(s) will be inspected for defects or damage. Returned items must be in good, sellable condition to qualify for a refund.

A refund will be issued in the amount of the returned (items) in the original form of payment to the original customer within 3-4 business days, less shipping costs. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You will be notified via email when your refund is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your merchandise was damaged in transit, please save the original packaging and contact our Customer Service Team at hello@bespokesalt.com with the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Photo(s) of defective or damaged product(s)
  • Contact number  

Once your email has been received, we will work with you to get a replacement item. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your item(s) without photo documenting the damage or defect. Please do not throw your damaged or defective item away without first notifying us. After evaluating your damaged or defective product, we will ship a replacement item. You will be notified via email when your replacement is shipped.
